Set out below the main elements of work carried out, or being carried

out.  

·       The work to the extension has continued with the plastering to the ceiling and walls. 

·       Work has continued to the fitting of the skirting to the ground floor areas. 

·       Work has commenced to the erection of the store areas within the devotional area. 

·       The arch and gable to the new entrance have been built this week and the hardcore fill to this area has commenced. 

·       The drainage works to the extension have commenced. 

·       The fitting of the light fittings and the gas heaters are in progress.

·       The glazing to the 1^st floor screen has commenced. 

·       Work has commenced on fitting the skirting to the ground floor areas. 

·       The floor screed to the extension has been laid this week. 

·       Work has commenced to the garden walls to the new front entrance. 

·       The windows to the rear elevation have been glazed.

·       The work to the extension is continuing with the roof trusses and decking being fitted.

·       The opening to the new front entrance has been formed.

·       Work has continued internally with the partition walls forming the 1^st floor rooms. These have been plastered along with the ceiling to the main hall.

·       The preparation work ready for the fitting of the stairs has continued with the scaffolding to the tower being removed now that the new access ladder has been installed.

·       Work to both the electrical and heating installations is continuing.

·       Some light fittings to the first floor rooms have been installed.

Work to both the electrical and heating installations is continuing.

·       Work has continued internally with the framing to the roof supports being completed.

·       The partition walls forming the 1^st floor rooms are in progress and are nearly ready for boarding.

·       Work to both the electrical and heating installations is continuing.

·        The roof repairs to the tower have been carried out this week. (Note this is not part of the contract works)

·       The internal work is continuing with the flooring to the 1^st floor complete.

·        The glulam framework to support the roof adjacent to the tower is also near completion.

·        The frames to form the corridor to the lift and stairs have been fitted.

·       The stairs have been delivered to site.

·       The preparation for cutting and forming the new openings is in progress.

·       Work to both the electrical and heating installations is continuing.

·       Work has commenced to the new front entrance with the removal of the vegetation and excavation of the wall foundations.
